This Refund Policy describes how OpenMarch, LLC (“OpenMarch,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles refunds for fees you pay to us for paid features of our services (for example, seat licenses or other paid offerings), including where payment is processed by our payment partner.
Who this applies to
This policy applies to you if you purchased paid access from OpenMarch and paid OpenMarch (or our payment processor on our behalf) for that purchase.
Right to a refund (14 days)
If you are eligible for a refund under this policy, you may request a full refund within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of the applicable charge (the “Refund Period”).
To request a refund, email us at support@openmarch.com during the Refund Period and include:
- The email address associated with your OpenMarch account or checkout
- The approximate date of purchase and the amount charged
- Any receipt, order, or transaction identifier provided by our payment processor (if available)
We may ask reasonable follow-up questions to verify your purchase and prevent fraud.
How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method when technically possible, or by another method we and our payment processor support. Timing may depend on your bank or card issuer.
After the Refund Period
Refund requests received after the Refund Period are handled in our discretion and may be denied except where required by applicable law. Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable rights you may have under the laws of your country or state of residence.
Abuse and misuse
We may refuse or reverse a refund if we reasonably believe a request is fraudulent, abusive, or made in bad faith, or if required by law or by our payment partners’ rules.
Changes
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will change when we do. Your continued purchase after an update constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy to the extent permitted by law.
