Public Testing Guide
OpenMarch: On The Move is our upcoming mobile app for distributing shows you write with OpenMarch and other tools. Public testing helps us find issues before a wider release.
Getting access
Section titled “Getting access”Testing is available through TestFlight on iOS and Google Play testing on Android.
iOS testing
Section titled “iOS testing”Use TestFlight to install the iOS beta:
- Install TestFlight from the App Store if you do not already have it.
- Open the On The Move TestFlight invite.
- Accept the invite and install On The Move from TestFlight.
Android testing
Section titled “Android testing”Android testing is available through Google Play. The testing listing may take time to appear after submission.
If you are on an Android device, open the On The Move Google Play listing.
If you are joining from a browser, open the On The Move Google Play testing page, join the test, then install the app from Google Play.
Demo login
Section titled “Demo login”After installing On The Move, use these demo credentials to get started:

What to test
Section titled “What to test”After installing the app, try using On The Move in the same way you would during rehearsal, planning, or quick review sessions.
- Log into an ensemble
- Test playback, page navigation, and count stepping
- Note anything confusing, slow, or unexpected
- Try to break things
